Cavern Deep do a very good job of molding this record to suit their concept: it is dark, strange, cramped, slightly hallucinatory, and... wet. Kudos to the psychedelic exploratory songwriting, which expertly feels like you are exploring the dark earth rather than space & time. Riffs = check, heaviness = check, etc., but the guys should really pat themselves on the back for expert mood-crafting, which in my book is the tougher thing to nail.

CVK delivers again with another batch of heavy, fuzzy, doom rock. On this outing, CVK has crafted an even darker album than 2020's Klaustrophobic, with more confident songwriting.
